My name is Stephen Bubalo and I am originally from Blue Springs, having graduated from Blue Springs South in 2003.

I wrote for the Blue Springs Journal and Lee's Summit Journal for 3 years and after 10 months away from sports writing, I'm ready to get back in the game and figured what better place than Blue Springs.

What I want this site to be is a little bit of everything, somewhere you can come to find a game story, a feature story, stats and even coaches interviews. And especially, I want this to be a site that will bring you back each and every day. During the spring sports season I want to try and build up readership, build a relationship with you. I want to get feedback about what you like about the site, what you don't like, what you would like to see more of, etc.

I'm committed to making this site work and bringing it back in the fall looking bigger and better.
